RETURNS -
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to email us requesting a return. If your product arrives damaged, you must provide a picture of the unused product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We're confident in our products but if you're unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please email us so we can determine how to best resolve the problem. Unless your item is received damaged, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Acceptance of return is not guaranteed; however, we strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied to maintain good rapport so we will do the best we can. If your return is accepted, you may be responsible for the shipping cost. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
REFUNDS -
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original payment method within 10 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. It may take a few additional days if it falls on busy days or around the holidays. Also, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
